이사야
3장
1 보라 주 만군의 여호와께서 예루살렘과 유다가 의뢰하며 의지하는 것을 제하여 버리시되 곧 그가 의지하는 모든 양식과 그가 의지하는 모든 물과
1 For behold, theLordGodof hostsis taking away from Jerusalem and from Judahsupport and supply,allsupport of bread,and all support of water;
2 용사와 전사와 재판관과 선지자와 복술자와 장로와
2 the mighty man and the soldier,the judge and the prophet,the diviner and the elder,
3 오십부장과 귀인과 모사와 정교한 장인과 능란한 요술자를 그리하실 것이며
3 the captain of fiftyand the man of rank,the counselor and the skillful magicianand the expert in charms.
4 그가 또 소년들을 그들의 고관으로 삼으시며 아이들이 그들을 다스리게 하시리니
4 And I will make boys their princes,and infantsshall rule over them.
5 백성이 서로 학대하며 각기 이웃을 잔해하며 아이가 노인에게, 비천한 자가 존귀한 자에게 교만할 것이며
5 And the people will oppress one another,every one his fellowand every one his neighbor;the youth will be insolent to the elder,and the despised to the honorable.
6 혹시 사람이 자기 아버지 집에서 자기의 형제를 붙잡고 말하기를 네게는 겉옷이 있으니 너는 우리의 통치자가 되어 이 폐허를 네 손아래에 두라 할 것이면
6 Fora man will take hold of his brotherin the house of his father, saying:You have a cloak;you shall be our leader,and this heap of ruinsshall be under your rule;
7 그 날에 그가 소리를 높여 이르기를 나는 고치는 자가 되지 아니하겠노라 내 집에는 양식도 없고 의복도 없으니 너희는 나를 백성의 통치자로 삼지 말라 하리라
7 in that day he will speak out, saying:I will not be ahealer;in my house there is neither bread nor cloak;you shall not make meleader of the people.
8 예루살렘이 멸망하였고 유다가 엎드러졌음은 그들의 언어와 행위가 여호와를 거역하여 그의 영광의 눈을 범하였음이라
8 For Jerusalem has stumbled,and Judah has fallen,because theirspeech and their deeds are against theLord,defying his glorious presence.
9 그들의 안색이 불리하게 증거하며 그들의 죄를 말해 주고 숨기지 못함이 소돔과 같으니 그들의 영혼에 화가 있을진저 그들이 재앙을 자취하였도다
9 For the look on their faces bears witness against them;they proclaim their sinlike Sodom;they do not hide it.Woe to them!For they have brought evil on themselves.
10 너희는 의인에게 복이 있으리라 말하라 그들은 그들의 행위의 열매를 먹을 것임이요
10 Tell the righteous that it shall be well with them,for they shall eat the fruit of their deeds.
11 악인에게는 화가 있으리니 이는 그의 손으로 행한 대로 그가 보응을 받을 것임이니라
11 Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him,for what his hands have dealt out shall be done to him.
12 내 백성을 학대하는 자는 아이요 다스리는 자는 여자들이라 내 백성이여 네 인도자들이 너를 유혹하여 네가 다닐 길을 어지럽히느니라
12 My people&emdash;infants are their oppressors,and women rule over them.O my people,your guides mislead youand they have swallowed upthe course of your paths.
13 여호와께서 변론하러 일어나시며 백성들을 심판하려고 서시도다
13 TheLordhas taken his place to contend;he stands to judge peoples.
14 여호와께서 자기 백성의 장로들과 고관들을 심문하러 오시리니 포도원을 삼킨 자는 너희이며 가난한 자에게서 탈취한 물건이 너희의 집에 있도다
14 TheLordwill enter into judgmentwith theelders and princes of his people:It is you whohave devouredthe vineyard,the spoil of the poor is in your houses.
15 어찌하여 너희가 내 백성을 짓밟으며 가난한 자의 얼굴에 맷돌질하느냐 주 만군의 여호와 내가 말하였느니라 하시도다
15 What do you mean bycrushing my people,by grinding the face of the poor?declares the LordGodof hosts.
16 여호와께서 또 말씀하시되 시온의 딸들이 교만하여 늘인 목, 정을 통하는 눈으로 다니며 아기작거려 걸으며 발로는 쟁쟁한 소리를 낸다 하시도다
16 TheLordsaid:Becausethe daughters of Zion are haughtyand walk with outstretched necks,glancing wantonly with their eyes,mincing along as they go,tinkling with their feet,
17 그러므로 주께서 시온의 딸들의 정수리에 딱지가 생기게 하시며 여호와께서 그들의 하체가 드러나게 하시리라
17 therefore the Lordwill strike with a scabthe heads ofthe daughters of Zion,and theLordwill lay bare their secret parts.
18 주께서 그 날에 그들이 장식한 발목 고리와 머리의 망사와 반달 장식과
18 In that day the Lord will take awaythe finery of the anklets, theheadbands, and thecrescents;
19 귀 고리와 팔목 고리와 얼굴 가리개와
19 the pendants, the bracelets, and the scarves;
20 화관과 발목 사슬과 띠와 향합과 호신부와
20 theheaddresses, the armlets, the sashes, the perfume boxes, and the amulets;
21 반지와 코 고리와
21 the signet rings andnose rings;
22 예복과 겉옷과 목도리와 손 주머니와
22 thefestal robes, the mantles, the cloaks, and the handbags;
23 손 거울과 세마포 옷과 머리 수건과 너울을 제하시리니
23 the mirrors, the linen garments, the turbans, and the veils.
24 그 때에 썩은 냄새가 향기를 대신하고 노끈이 띠를 대신하고 대머리가 숱한 머리털을 대신하고 굵은 베 옷이 화려한 옷을 대신하고 수치스러운 흔적이 아름다움을 대신할 것이며
24 Instead ofperfume there will be rottenness;and instead of abelt, a rope;and instead ofwell-set hair,baldness;and instead of a rich robe, askirt of sackcloth;andbranding instead of beauty.
25 너희의 장정은 칼에, 너희의 용사는 전란에 망할 것이며
25 Your men shall fall by the swordand your mighty men in battle.
26 그 성문은 슬퍼하며 곡할 것이요 시온은 황폐하여 땅에 앉으리라
26 Andher gates shall lament and mourn;empty, she shallsit on the ground.
4장
1 그 날에 일곱 여자가 한 남자를 붙잡고 말하기를 우리가 우리 떡을 먹으며 우리 옷을 입으리니 다만 당신의 이름으로 우리를 부르게 하여 우리가 수치를 면하게 하라 하리라
1 And seven womenshall take hold ofone man in that day, saying,We will eat our own bread and wear our own clothes, only let us be called by your name;take away our reproach.
2 그 날에 여호와의 싹이 아름답고 영화로울 것이요 그 땅의 소산은 이스라엘의 피난한 자를 위하여 영화롭고 아름다울 것이며
2 In that daythe branch of theLordshall be beautiful and glorious, andthe fruit of the land shall be the pride and honor of the survivors of Israel.
3 시온에 남아 있는 자, 예루살렘에 머물러 있는 자 곧 예루살렘 안에 생존한 자 중 기록된 모든 사람은 거룩하다 칭함을 얻으리니
3 And he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be calledholy, everyone who hasbeen recorded for life in Jerusalem,
4 이는 주께서 심판하는 영과 소멸하는 영으로 시온의 딸들의 더러움을 씻기시며 예루살렘의 피를 그 중에서 청결하게 하실 때가 됨이라
4 whenthe Lord shall have washed away the filth ofthe daughters of Zion and cleansed the bloodstains of Jerusalem from its midst by a spirit of judgment and bya spirit of burning.
5 여호와께서 거하시는 온 시온 산과 모든 집회 위에 낮이면 구름과 연기, 밤이면 화염의 빛을 만드시고 그 모든 영광 위에 덮개를 두시며
5 Then theLordwill create over the whole site of Mount Zion and over her assembliesa cloud by day, and smoke and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory there will bea canopy.
6 또 초막이 있어서 낮에는 더위를 피하는 그늘을 지으며 또 풍우를 피하여 숨는 곳이 되리라
6 There will be abooth for shade by day from the heat, andfor a refuge and a shelter from the storm and rain.고린도후서
11장
1 원하건대 너희는 나의 좀 어리석은 것을 용납하라 청하건대 나를 용납하라
1 I wish you would bear with me in a little foolishness. Do bear with me!
2 내가 하나님의 열심으로 너희를 위하여 열심을 내노니 내가 너희를 정결한 처녀로 한 남편인 그리스도께 드리려고 중매함이로다 그러나 나는
2 For I feel a divine jealousy for you, sinceI betrothed you to one husband,to present youas a pure virgin to Christ.
3 뱀이 그 간계로 하와를 미혹한 것 같이 너희 마음이 그리스도를 향하는 진실함과 깨끗함에서 떠나 부패할까 두려워하노라
3 But I am afraid thatas the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your thoughtswill be led astray from asincere andpure devotion to Christ.
4 만일 누가 가서 우리가 전파하지 아니한 다른 예수를 전파하거나 혹은 너희가 받지 아니한 다른 영을 받게 하거나 혹은 너희가 받지 아니한 다른 복음을 받게 할 때에는 너희가 잘 용납하는구나
4 For if someone comes andproclaims another Jesus than the one we proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or if you accepta different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it readily enough.
5 나는 지극히 크다는 사도들보다 부족한 것이 조금도 없는 줄로 생각하노라
5 Indeed, I consider thatI am not in the least inferior to these super-apostles.
6 내가 비록 말에는 부족하나 지식에는 그렇지 아니하니 이것을 우리가 모든 사람 가운데서 모든 일로 너희에게 나타내었노라
6 Even if I am unskilled in speaking,I am not so in knowledge; indeed, in every waywe have made this plain to you in all things.
