로마서 (Romans)
5:12-21
12 이러므로 한 사람으로 말미암아 죄가 세상에 들어오고 죄로 말미암아 사망이 왔나니 이와 같이 모든 사람이 죄를 지었으므로 사망이 모든 사람에게 이르렀느니라
12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned--
13 죄가 율법 있기 전에도 세상에 있었으나 율법이 없을 때에는 죄를 죄로 여기지 아니하느니라
13 for before the law was given, sin was in the world. But sin is not taken into account when there is no law.
14 그러나 아담으로부터 모세까지 아담의 범죄와 같은 죄를 짓지 아니한 자들 위에도 사망이 왕노릇하였나니 아담은 오실 자의 표상이라
14 Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who was a pattern of the one to come.
15 그러나 이 은사는 그 범죄와 같지 아니하니 곧 한 사람의 범죄를 인하여 많은 사람이 죽었은즉 더욱 하나님의 은혜와 또는 한 사람 예수 그리스도의 은혜로 말미암은 선물이 많은 사람에게 넘쳤으리라
15 But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God`s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many!
16 또 이 선물은 범죄한 한 사람으로 말미암은 것과 같지 아니하니 심판은 한 사람을 인하여 정죄에 이르렀으나 은사는 많은 범죄를 인하여 의롭다 하심에 이름이니라
16 Again, the gift of God is not like the result of the one man`s sin: The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification.
17 한 사람의 범죄를 인하여 사망이 그 한 사람으로 말미암아 왕노릇 하였은즉 더욱 은혜와 의의 선물을 넘치게 받는 자들이 한 분 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 생명 안에서 왕노릇 하리로다
17 For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God`s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ.
18 그런즉 한 범죄로 많은 사람이 정죄에 이른것 같이 의의 한 행동으로 말미암아 많은 사람이 의롭다 하심을 받아 생명에 이르렀느니라
18 Consequently, just as the result of one trespass was condemnation for all men, so also the result of one act of righteousness was justification that brings life for all men.
19 한 사람의 순종치 아니함으로 많은 사람이 죄인 된것 같이 한 사람의 순종하심으로 많은 사람이 의인이 되리라
19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.
20 율법이 가입한 것은 범죄를 더하게 하려 함이라 그러나 죄가 더한 곳에 은혜가 더욱 넘쳤나니
20 The law was added so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more,
21 이는 죄가 사망 안에서 왕노릇 한 것 같이 은혜도 또한 의로 말미암아 왕노릇 하여 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 영생에 이르게 하려 함이니라
21 so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.시편 (Psalms)
481 여호와는 광대하시니 우리 하나님의 성, 거룩한 산에서 극진히 찬송하리로다
1 Great is the LORD, and most worthy of praise, in the city of our God, his holy mountain.
2 터가 높고 아름다워 온 세계가 즐거워함이여 큰 왕의 성 곧 북방에 있는 시온산이 그러하도다
2 It is beautiful in its loftiness, the joy of the whole earth. Like the utmost heights of Zaphon is Mount Zion, the city of the Great King.
3 하나님이 그 여러 궁중에서 자기를 피난처로 알리셨도다
3 God is in her citadels; he has shown himself to be her fortress.
4 열왕이 모여 함께 지났음이여
4 When the kings joined forces, when they advanced together,
5 저희가 보고 놀라고 두려워 빨리 갔도다
5 they saw her and were astounded; they fled in terror.
6 거기서 떨림이 저희를 잡으니 고통이 해산하는 여인 같도다
6 Trembling seized them there, pain like that of a woman in labor.
7 주께서 동풍으로 다시스의 배를 깨뜨리시도다
7 You destroyed them like ships of Tarshish shattered by an east wind.
8 우리가 들은 대로 만군의 여호와의 성, 우리 하나님의 성에서 보았나니 하나님이 이를 영영히 견고케 하시리로다(셀라)
8 As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the LORD Almighty, in the city of our God: God makes her secure forever. Selah
9 하나님이여 우리가 주의 전 가운데서 주의 인자하심을 생각하였나이다
9 Within your temple, O God, we meditate on your unfailing love.
10 하나님이여 주의 이름과 같이 찬송도 땅 끝까지 미쳤으며 주의 오른손에는 정의가 충만하였나이다
10 Like your name, O God, your praise reaches to the ends of the earth; your right hand is filled with righteousness.
11 주의 판단을 인하여 시온산은 기뻐하고 유다의 딸들은 즐거워할찌어다
11 Mount Zion rejoices, the villages of Judah are glad because of your judgments.
12 너희는 시온을 편답하고 그것을 순행하며 그 망대들을 계수하라
12 Walk about Zion, go around her, count her towers,
13 그 성벽을 자세히 보고 그 궁전을 살펴서 후대에 전하라
13 consider well her ramparts, view her citadels, that you may tell of them to the next generation.
14 이 하나님은 영영히 우리 하나님이시니 우리를 죽을 때까지 인도하시리로다
14 For this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide even to the end.
