에스겔
16장
8 내가 네 곁으로 지나며 보니 네 때가 사랑을 할 만한 때라 내 옷으로 너를 덮어 벌거벗은 것을 가리고 네게 맹세하고 언약하여 너를 내게 속하게 하였느니라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라
8 When I passed by you again and saw you, behold, you were at the age for love, andI spread the corner of my garment over you and covered your nakedness; I made my vow to youand entered into a covenant with you, declares the LordGod,and you became mine.
9 내가 물로 네 피를 씻어 없애고 네게 기름을 바르고
9 Then I bathed you with water and washed off your blood from you andanointed you with oil.
10 수 놓은 옷을 입히고 물돼지 가죽신을 신기고 가는 베로 두르고 모시로 덧입히고
10 I clothed you also with embroidered cloth and shod you with fine leather. I wrapped you in fine linen and covered you with silk.
11 패물을 채우고 팔고리를 손목에 끼우고 목걸이를 목에 걸고
11 And I adorned you with ornaments andput bracelets on your wrists and a chain on your neck.
12 코고리를 코에 달고 귀고리를 귀에 달고 화려한 왕관을 머리에 씌웠나니
12 And I put a ring on your nose and earrings in your ears and a beautiful crown on your head.
13 이와 같이 네가 금, 은으로 장식하고 가는 베와 모시와 수 놓은 것을 입으며 또 고운 밀가루와 꿀과 기름을 먹음으로 극히 곱고 형통하여 왕후의 지위에 올랐느니라
13 Thus you were adorned with gold and silver, and your clothing was of fine linen and silk and embroidered cloth.You ate fine flour and honey and oil.You grew exceedingly beautiful and advanced to royalty.
14 네 화려함으로 말미암아 네 명성이 이방인 중에 퍼졌음은 내가 네게 입힌 영화로 네 화려함이 온전함이라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라
14 Andyour renown went forth among the nations because of your beauty, for it was perfect through the splendor that I had bestowed on you, declares the LordGod.
15 그러나 네가 네 화려함을 믿고 네 명성을 가지고 행음하되 지나가는 모든 자와 더불어 음란을 많이 행하므로 네 몸이 그들의 것이 되도다
15 But you trusted in your beautyand played the whorebecause of your renownand lavished your whoringson any passerby; your beautybecame his.
16 네가 네 의복을 가지고 너를 위하여 각색으로 산당을 꾸미고 거기에서 행음하였나니 이런 일은 전무후무하니라
16 You took some of your garments and made for yourself colorful shrines, and on them played the whore. The like has never been, nor ever shall be.
17 네가 또 내가 준 금, 은 장식품으로 너를 위하여 남자 우상을 만들어 행음하며
17 You also tookyour beautiful jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given you, andmade for yourself images of men, and with them played the whore.
18 또 네 수 놓은 옷을 그 우상에게 입히고 나의 기름과 향을 그 앞에 베풀며
18 And you took your embroidered garments to cover them,and set my oil and my incense before them.
19 또 내가 네게 주어 먹게 한 내 음식물 곧 고운 밀가루와 기름과 꿀을 네가 그 앞에 베풀어 향기를 삼았나니 과연 그렇게 하였느니라 주 여호와의 말씀이니라
19 Also my bread that I gave you&emdash;I fed you with fine flour and oil and honey&emdash;you set before them fora pleasing aroma; and so it was, declares the LordGod.
20 또 네가 나를 위하여 낳은 네 자녀를 그들에게 데리고 가서 드려 제물로 삼아 불살랐느니라 네가 네 음행을 작은 일로 여겨서
20 And you took your sons and your daughters, whom you had borne to me, andthese you sacrificed to them to be devoured. Were your whorings so small a matter
21 나의 자녀들을 죽여 우상에게 넘겨 불 가운데로 지나가게 하였느냐
21 that you slaughtered my children and delivered them up as an offering by fire to them?
22 네가 어렸을 때에 벌거벗은 몸이었으며 피투성이가 되어서 발짓하던 것을 기억하지 아니하고 네가 모든 가증한 일과 음란을 행하였느니라
22 And in all your abominations and your whorings you did not rememberthe days of your youth,when you were naked and bare, wallowing in your blood.
23 주 여호와의 말씀이니라 너는 화 있을진저 화 있을진저 네가 모든 악을 행한 후에
23 And after all your wickedness (woe, woe to you! declares the LordGod),
24 너를 위하여 누각을 건축하며 모든 거리에 높은 대를 쌓았도다
24 you built yourselfa vaulted chamber and made yourself a lofty place in every square.
25 네가 높은 대를 모든 길 어귀에 쌓고 네 아름다움을 가증하게 하여 모든 지나가는 자에게 다리를 벌려 심히 음행하고
25 At the head of every streetyou built your lofty place and madeyour beauty an abomination,offering yourselfto any passerby and multiplying your whoring.
26 하체가 큰 네 이웃 나라 애굽 사람과도 음행하되 심히 음란히 하여 내 진노를 샀도다
26 You also played the whorewith the Egyptians, your lustful neighbors,multiplying your whoring,to provoke me to anger.
27 그러므로 내가 내 손을 네 위에 펴서 네 일용할 양식을 감하고 너를 미워하는 블레셋 여자 곧 네 더러운 행실을 부끄러워하는 자에게 너를 넘겨 임의로 하게 하였거늘
27 Behold, therefore, I stretched out my hand against youand diminished your allotted portionand delivered you to the greed of your enemies,the daughters of the Philistines, who were ashamed of your lewd behavior.
28 네가 음욕이 차지 아니하여 또 앗수르 사람과 행음하고 그들과 행음하고도 아직도 부족하게 여겨
28 You played the whore alsowith the Assyrians, because you were not satisfied; yes, you played the whore with them, and still you were not satisfied.
29 장사하는 땅 갈대아에까지 심히 행음하되 아직도 족한 줄을 알지 못하였느니라
29 You multiplied your whoring also with the trading landof Chaldea, and even with this you were not satisfied.
30 주 여호와의 말씀이니라 네가 이 모든 일을 행하니 이는 방자한 음녀의 행위라 네 마음이 어찌 그리 약한지
30 How sick is your heart,declares the LordGod, because you did all these things, the deeds of a brazen prostitute,
31 네가 누각을 모든 길 어귀에 건축하며 높은 대를 모든 거리에 쌓고도 값을 싫어하니 창기 같지도 아니하도다
31 building your vaulted chamber at the head of every street, and making your lofty place in every square. Yet you were not like a prostitute,because you scorned payment.
32 그 남편 대신에 다른 남자들과 내통하여 간음하는 아내로다
32 Adulterous wife, who receives strangers instead of her husband!
33 사람들은 모든 창기에게 선물을 주거늘 오직 너는 네 모든 정든 자에게 선물을 주며 값을 주어서 사방에서 와서 너와 행음하게 하니
33 Men give gifts to all prostitutes,but you gave your gifts to all your lovers, bribing them to come to you from every side with your whorings.
34 네 음란함이 다른 여인과 같지 아니함은 행음하려고 너를 따르는 자가 없음이며 또 네가 값을 받지 아니하고 도리어 값을 줌이라 그런즉 다른 여인과 같지 아니하니라
34 So you were different from other women in your whorings. No one solicited you to play the whore, andyou gave payment, while no payment was given to you; therefore you were different.
35 그러므로 너 음녀야 여호와의 말씀을 들을지어다
35 Therefore, O prostitute, hear the word of theLord:
36 주 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하셨느니라 네가 네 누추한 것을 쏟으며 네 정든 자와 행음함으로 벗은 몸을 드러내며 또 가증한 우상을 위하며 네 자녀의 피를 그 우상에게 드렸은즉
36 Thus says the LordGod, Because your lust was poured out and your nakedness uncovered in your whorings with your lovers, and with all your abominable idols,and because of the blood of your children that you gave to them,
37 내가 너의 즐거워하는 정든 자와 사랑하던 모든 자와 미워하던 모든 자를 모으되 사방에서 모아 너를 대적하게 할 것이요 또 네 벗은 몸을 그 앞에 드러내 그들이 그것을 다 보게 할 것이며
37 therefore, behold,I will gather all your lovers with whom you took pleasure, all those you loved andall those you hated.I will gather them against you from every sideand will uncover your nakedness to them, thatthey may see all your nakedness.
38 내가 또 간음하고 사람의 피를 흘리는 여인을 심판함 같이 너를 심판하여 진노의 피와 질투의 피를 네게 돌리고
38 And I will judge youas women who commit adultery andshed blood are judged, and bring upon you the blood of wrath and jealousy.
39 내가 또 너를 그들의 손에 넘기리니 그들이 네 누각을 헐며 네 높은 대를 부수며 네 의복을 벗기고 네 장식품을 빼앗고 네 몸을 벌거벗겨 버려 두며
39 And I will give you into their hands, and they shall throw down yourvaulted chamber and break downyour lofty places.They shall strip you of your clothes and takeyour beautiful jewels and leave younaked and bare.
40 무리를 데리고 와서 너를 돌로 치며 칼로 찌르며
40 They shall bring up a crowd against you,and they shall stone you and cut you to pieces with their swords.
41 불로 네 집들을 사르고 여러 여인의 목전에서 너를 벌할지라 내가 너에게 곧 음행을 그치게 하리니 네가 다시는 값을 주지 아니하리라
41 And they shallburn your houses andexecute judgments upon you in the sight of many women.I will make you stop playing the whore, andyou shall also give payment no more.히브리서
7장
20 또 예수께서 제사장이 되신 것은 맹세 없이 된 것이 아니니
20 And it was not without an oath. For those who formerly became priests were made such without an oath,
21 (그들은 맹세 없이 제사장이 되었으되 오직 예수는 자기에게 말씀하신 이로 말미암아 맹세로 되신 것이라 주께서 맹세하시고 뉘우치지 아니하시리니 네가 영원히 제사장이라 하셨도다)
21 but this one was made a priest with an oath by the one who said to him:The Lord has swornand will not change his mind,You are a priest forever.
22 이와 같이 예수는 더 좋은 언약의 보증이 되셨느니라
22 This makes Jesus the guarantor ofa better covenant.
23 제사장 된 그들의 수효가 많은 것은 죽음으로 말미암아 항상 있지 못함이로되
23 The former priests were many in number, because they were prevented by death from continuing in office,
24 예수는 영원히 계시므로 그 제사장 직분도 갈리지 아니하느니라
24 but he holds his priesthood permanently, because he continuesforever.
25 그러므로 자기를 힘입어 하나님께 나아가는 자들을 온전히 구원하실 수 있으니 이는 그가 항상 살아 계셔서 그들을 위하여 간구하심이라
25 Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermostthose who draw near to Godthrough him, since he always livesto make intercession for them.
26 이러한 대제사장은 우리에게 합당하니 거룩하고 악이 없고 더러움이 없고 죄인에게서 떠나 계시고 하늘보다 높이 되신 이라
26 For it was indeed fitting that we should have such a high priest,holy, innocent, unstained,separated from sinners, andexalted above the heavens.
27 그는 저 대제사장들이 먼저 자기 죄를 위하고 다음에 백성의 죄를 위하여 날마다 제사 드리는 것과 같이 할 필요가 없으니 이는 그가 단번에 자기를 드려 이루셨음이라
27 He has no need, like those high priests, to offer sacrifices daily,first for his own sins and then for those of the people, since he did thisonce for all when he offered up himself.
28 율법은 약점을 가진 사람들을 제사장으로 세웠거니와 율법 후에 하신 맹세의 말씀은 영원히 온전하게 되신 아들을 세우셨느니라
28 For the law appoints menin their weakness as high priests, but the word of the oath, which came later than the law, appoints a Son who has been madeperfect forever.
