호세야
5장
1 제사장들아 이를 들으라 이스라엘 족속들아 깨달으라 왕족들아 귀를 기울이라 너희에게 심판이 있나니 너희가 미스바에 대하여 올무가 되며 다볼 위에 친 그물이 됨이라
1 Hear this, O priests!Pay attention, O house of Israel!Give ear, O house of the king!For the judgment is for you;foryou have been a snare at Mizpahand a net spread uponTabor.
2 패역자가 살육죄에 깊이 빠졌으매 내가 그들을 다 벌하노라
2 Andthe revoltershave gone deep into slaughter,butI will discipline all of them.
3 에브라임은 내가 알고 이스라엘은 내게 숨기지 못하나니 에브라임아 이제 네가 음행하였고 이스라엘이 더러워졌느니라
3 I know Ephraim,and Israel is not hidden from me;for now, O Ephraim, you have played the whore;Israel is defiled.
4 그들의 행위가 그들로 자기 하나님에게 돌아가지 못하게 하나니 이는 음란한 마음이 그 속에 있어 여호와를 알지 못하는 까닭이라
4 Their deeds do not permit themto return to their God.Forthe spirit of whoredom is within them,and they know not theLord.
5 이스라엘의 교만이 그 얼굴에 드러났나니 그 죄악으로 말미암아 이스라엘과 에브라임이 넘어지고 유다도 그들과 함께 넘어지리라
5 The pride of Israel testifies to his face;Israel andEphraim shall stumble in his guilt;Judah also shall stumble with them.
6 그들이 양 떼와 소 떼를 끌고 여호와를 찾으러 갈지라도 만나지 못할 것은 이미 그들에게서 떠나셨음이라
6 With their flocks and herds they shall goto seek theLord,but they will not find him;he has withdrawn from them.
7 그들이 여호와께 정조를 지키지 아니하고 사생아를 낳았으니 그러므로 새 달이 그들과 그 기업을 함께 삼키리로다
7 They have dealt faithlessly with theLord;for they have borne alien children.Now the new moon shall devour them with their fields.
8 너희가 기브아에서 뿔나팔을 불며 라마에서 나팔을 불며 벧아웬에서 외치기를 베냐민아 네 뒤를 쫓는다 할지어다
8 Blow the horn inGibeah,the trumpet inRamah.Sound the alarm atBeth-aven;we follow you,O Benjamin!
9 벌하는 날에 에브라임이 황폐할 것이라 내가 이스라엘 지파 중에서 반드시 있을 일을 보였노라
9 Ephraim shall become a desolationin the day of punishment;among the tribes of IsraelI make known what is sure.
10 유다 지도자들은 경계표를 옮기는 자 같으니 내가 나의 진노를 그들에게 물 같이 부으리라
10 The princes of Judah have becomelikethose who move the landmark;upon them I will pour outmy wrath like water.
11 에브라임은 사람의 명령 뒤따르기를 좋아하므로 학대를 받고 재판의 압제를 받는도다
11 Ephraim isoppressed, crushed in judgment,because he was determined to go after filth.
12 그러므로 내가 에브라임에게는 좀 같으며 유다 족속에게는 썩이는 것 같도다
12 But I amlike a moth to Ephraim,andlike dry rot to the house of Judah.
13 에브라임이 자기의 병을 깨달으며 유다가 자기의 상처를 깨달았고 에브라임은 앗수르로 가서 야렙 왕에게 사람을 보내었으나 그가 능히 너희를 고치지 못하겠고 너희 상처를 낫게 하지 못하리라
13 When Ephraim saw his sickness,and Judahhis wound,then Ephraim wentto Assyria,and sent to the great king.But he is not able to cure youor healyour wound.
14 내가 에브라임에게는 사자 같고 유다 족속에게는 젊은 사자 같으니 바로 내가 움켜갈지라 내가 탈취하여 갈지라도 건져낼 자가 없으리라
14 For I will belike a lion toEphraim,and like a young lion to the house ofJudah.I, even I, will tear and go away;I will carry off, and no one shall rescue.
15 그들이 그 죄를 뉘우치고 내 얼굴을 구하기까지 내가 내 곳으로 돌아가리라 그들이 고난 받을 때에 나를 간절히 구하리라
15 I will return again to my place,until they acknowledge their guilt and seek my face,andin their distress earnestly seek me.요한이서

9 지나쳐 그리스도의 교훈 안에 거하지 아니하는 자는 다 하나님을 모시지 못하되 교훈 안에 거하는 그 사람은 아버지와 아들을 모시느니라
9 Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ,does not have God. Whoever abides in the teachinghas both the Father and the Son.
10 누구든지 이 교훈을 가지지 않고 너희에게 나아가거든 그를 집에 들이지도 말고 인사도 하지 말라
10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching,do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting,
11 그에게 인사하는 자는 그 악한 일에 참여하는 자임이라
11 for whoever greets himtakes part in his wicked works.
12 내가 너희에게 쓸 것이 많으나 종이와 먹으로 쓰기를 원하지 아니하고 오히려 너희에게 가서 대면하여 말하려 하니 이는 너희 기쁨을 충만하게 하려 함이라
12 Though I have much to write to you, I would rather not use paper and ink.Instead I hope to come to you and talk face to face,so that our joy may be complete.
13 택하심을 받은 네 자매의 자녀들이 네게 문안하느니라
13 The children of your elect sister greet you.
